Artistic Gymnastics is a discipline where students perform structured routines on four apparatus—the balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise. In Trampoline, gymnasts carry out a series of controlled jumps and acrobatic skills while maintaining rhythm and height. Both areas of gymnastics emphasize not only physical ability, but also control, coordination, and confidence, as students learn to move with precision and composure.
In addition to regular training, our gymnasts take part in a range of school activities that support their personal growth. These include the annual sports camp, VIA initiatives, CCA fair, and the School Open House. Through these experiences, students learn to work well with others, express themselves creatively, and show care and respect for the people around them. Gymnastics is therefore not just about performance, but about developing discipline, resilience, and a positive attitude. The commitment shown by our gymnasts in training reflects their determination to improve and their willingness to persevere, both in sport and in their daily lives.
